The Growth Coaching Programme is tailored for companies who want to improve their business and growth. The programme supports coaching financially. Growth Coaching is intended for both start-ups and companies with established business. Companies should have innovative products or services and a scalable and internationally competitive business model. Companies must be based or have operations in Helsinki.
The Growth Coaching Programme connect the companies to the best advisors and can support coaching up to 70%. Support is available for up to 20 coaching days. Coach selections shall be decided together with the companies.
The selection process is divided into two phases and the final selection is based on interviews. The process will take in its entirety about two weeks. There are still two selections rounds left. The deadlines are 27th May and 26th August.
