At Forum Virium Helsinki, we leverage AI responsibly to boost our operational efficiency and enhance the quality of our work. The primary office software in Forum Virium Helsinki is Google Workspace for Enterprise and all users have access to its Gemini AI features. Usage is safe since no processed data is used for training AI models. In addition Gemini uses the same enterprise grade data safety and privacy policies as the whole Workspace application suite.

We also use generative artificial intelligence in Adobe software for image generation and editing. If we use AI generated images publicly, we will make sure intellectual property rights are maintained.

Our users are not allowed to use employer data or personal information in other AI services without prior permission from internal IT.

We will review any content generated or edited by AI before publication.

We adhere to the ethical guidelines for artificial intelligence published by the City of Helsinki.

We will minimise risks, ensure data safety and keep personnel trained according to the EU AI Act (2024/1689).
