Welcome to the International Open Data Day Helsinki Hackathon
It’s time to take that data and rock it!
Forum Virium Helsinki, Microsoft, Open Knowledge Foundation Finland, HSL, Futurice, API:Suomi, Codento, Reaktor and Digile are teaming up to bring you the Open Data Day hackathon! Join us to learn, hack and enjoy great food.
You’ll learn more about Open Data and Open Development.
– What kind of Open Data is available in the Helsinki region
– What developers have built using that data
– How to leverage cloud services and develop for the major platforms
Open Data Day is, and has always been, a community led effort. A number of NGOs, CSOs, governments and international organizations participate by organizing and sponsoring events but there is no single organization behind Open Data Day.
