Corona virus has forced us to make some rearrangements to our Demo day, but still You are warmly welcome to attend on live stream and see 20 AI based emission reduction solutions of AI4Cities Project in the pitching event on Tuesday 7.12.2021 starting at 15.00 CET.
AI4Cities is an EU-funded PCP project which is funding the development and prototype piloting of new solutions that can reduce CO2 and other GHG emissions produced by energy and mobility. All teams participating in the pitches utilise artificial intelligence as part of the core solution.
PCP (pre-commercial procurement) means that we are working with solutions that are not yet on the market and the selected suppliers will get funding for R&D operations. The project partners are Forum Virium Helsinki (on behalf of the City of Helsinki), Tallinn, Stavanger, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Cap Digital (Paris region).
At the moment, the companies are developing a working prototype that should be finalised in February 2022. The best six (three in the energy domain, three in the mobility domain) of the 20 will be piloted in at least two of the project partner cities during six months in 2022.
