How to collaborate and take Open 311 further: workshop
Open311 practitioners and enthusiasts come together to discuss how to spread the standard to other cities: How to develop the standard further in collaboration with all parties: cities, developers, businesses? What kind of innovative uses and features for the standard can be foreseen? How could technical issues that all cities are facing be solved better and faster together? The workshop is open to all and includes participants from cities that either are using or planning to use Open311 standard.

Sharing experiences related to the utlization of Open311: panel discussion
Already more than 30 cities in the United States are exposing their feedback systems to skilled and creative developer communities through standard Open311 interfaces. As such, innovative feedback apps and services are changing the way citizens interact with their city. Partly automated two way communication between citizens and city officials does not only bring a new efficiency and speed to discovering issues to be fixed, but creates a rewarding way for the citizens to participate. How does this development change the way cities operate? Could this redefine the relationship between citizens and cities?

The FutureEverything conference, taking place during the Summit of Ideas & Digital Invention in March 2013, is a meeting ground for the digital and creative communities.
