How can side-streams turn into new business? Throughout the value co-creation process this spring, four case case-companies and co-creators have been working together in teams to answer this question. 

Join us in the showcase event to present the cases as well as ideas and solutions that the teams have been working on. The cases of the lab range from food industry sidestreams, design and textiles, to a reused wood material marketplace. The event provides an opportunity to dive into collaborative processes, and see how shared value is built within the circular economy.

• HUPcycle is a fashion and interior design hub, where a material bank, online store and support services for creators come together to form an upcycling ecosystem.

• Niimaar is driven to challenge throwaway culture through thoughtful circular design.

• Uusi0 a circular materials initiative aiming to change the building sector by making high-quality reused building materials accessible.
  
• Zipli is building a digital platform that connects edible food surplus to food-aid and side streams to organisations that upcycle them to new edible products.
