This spring, the City of Helsinki’s innovation unit Forum Virium is holding three open calls for companies that provide smart mobility, smart parking and IoT services.
All in all, nearly half a million euros of funding is being made available to providers of smart city solutions. Propose your solution now!
1. Mobility solutions for travellers in Jätkäsaari
The Last Mile project seeks new mobility solutions for the needs of travellers in Helsinki’s Jätkäsaari. The call for offers is open until 4 May. The total cost of experimentations is EUR 45,000. Read more and offer now!
2. Smart parking and IoTBnB solution for Helsinki
An open call for a smart parking and IoTBnB solution for Helsinki is open under the Biotope project until 30 April. The total amount of funding available is EUR 120,000. Read more and apply!
3. IoT-based services for cities
The SynchroniCity project will publish an open call for IoT-based services for cities and mobility on 1 June. The total amount of funding being made available for piloting and experiments will be up to EUR 300,000. The details of the open call will be published at a later date. Forum Virium Helsinki has 20 ongoing smart city projects, which regularly publish open calls. In addition to funding, these open calls provide companies with opportunities to test and pilot their solutions in a genuine city environment in collaboration with users.
