Open Finland Challenge teams up with the Smart City App Hack, a worldwide initiative creating a global network of Smart Cities that face similar challenges and share one vision: to turn citizens into app makers. This means that Helsinki-related apps taking part in the Open Finland Challenge also take part in the Helsinki Smart City App Hack. The winner of the Helsinki Smart City App Hack will compete with apps from around the world in the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona and win more prizes!
