The survey of automated public transport obstacles in the European single market is now closed. Thank you for all the answers!

Survey results will be used in the Sohjoa Last Mile research project and answers will be processed anonymously.

EU funded Sohjoa Baltic project (2017-2020) studied and piloted automated minibuses in various locations in the Baltic Sea Region. Based on our studies, we discovered the legal status of automated transport systems is immature and the business environment is not harmonised, which limits the creation of the single market of automated public transport services across the EU countries.

Sohjoa Last Mile is the ongoing follow-up project and our target is to improve automated public transport use cases and disseminate key learnings, in order to influence on the EU and national regulations. Forum Virium(link) is one of the project partners.
