During the field testing phase of the FABULOS project, fleets of automated buses are tested in five of the partnering countries. In Tallinn, Estonia, the 2,4 km pilot route was located in Ülemiste City business campus which has mixed traffic including pedestrians and cyclists at low speed as well as city buses and trams. The shuttle operated in self-driving mode in most of the situations while the option to manually override remained to assist in difficult circumstances. More information on the FABULOS project.
